Refresh〔Kōshin | 更新〕was conceived during a coding experiment in Sonic Pi using external samples from the classic videogame Metal Gear Solid, made by Konami. The song uses various environmental samples from this playstation hit as well as recognizable and warped samples of Solid Snake ソリッド・スネーク, Otacon (オタコン), Liquid Snake (リキッド・スネーク), Metal Gear REX (メタルギア REX), Gray Fox (グレイ・フォックス), Vulcan Raven (バルカン・レイブン), Revolver Ocelot (リボルバー・オセロット), Psycho Mantis (サイコ・マンティス) and Meryl Silverburgh (メリル・シルバーバーグ).
